41. ¡Hola! Churros: Welcome to the Jersey Lore

This week on The Froze Bros, Darren and Max review ¡Hola! Churros from J&J Snack Foods—the double twisted (double helix?) cinnamon sugar variety and the pink Trolls-branded bites. But before they can discuss the churros themselves, they need to tell you about three waterbeds, a German Shepherd, and a bankruptcy auction in Camden, New Jersey that changed the frozen food industry forever.

Disney World, Costco, and a 1971 furniture shopping trip gone wrong also all have something surprising in common. How did a failing pretzel company become a billion-dollar empire? And when Darren emails customer service with what seems like a ridiculous question, will they actually respond?
